1 Agreement to Terms
By submitting a sponsorship form and/or making a sponsorship payment, the sponsoring organization ("Sponsor") agrees to be bound by these Sponsorship Terms and Conditions as set forth by the Wisconsin Chinese Chamber of Commerce ("WCCC") for the Gateway to Asia — Asian Culture Festival featuring AAPI Celebration ("Event") to be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Bayshore Shopping Center, Glendale, Wisconsin.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Sponsor and WCCC. Please read carefully before submitting your sponsorship.
2 Sponsorship Tiers & Benefits
The following sponsorship tiers are available for the Event:

WCCC reserves the right to adjust sponsorship benefits at its discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to the Sponsor in writing prior to the Event.
3 Payment Terms
Full sponsorship payment is due within 14 days of submitting the sponsorship form. Sponsorship is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

Late Payment
Sponsorships not paid within 14 days of submission may be forfeited and the tier made available to other sponsors. WCCC will make reasonable efforts to contact the Sponsor before releasing the tier.
4 Logo & Marketing Materials
Sponsors are required to provide a high-resolution logo file (PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, or AI format) within 7 days of confirmed payment. Logos should be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- WCCC reserves the right to resize, recolor, or adjust logos as needed to fit marketing materials while maintaining brand integrity.
- Sponsors grant WCCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their logo and name in connection with the Event.
- WCCC will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate logo representation but is not liable for minor variations due to printing or digital display.
- Logos submitted after the marketing deadline may not be included in all printed materials.
Logo submission deadline: April 15, 2026. Logos submitted after this date may not appear in printed materials but will be included in digital assets where possible.
5 Booth & On-Site Presence
Title Sponsors receive a dedicated booth at the Event. The following terms apply to all on-site booth presence:
- Booth size, location, and setup details will be communicated by WCCC no later than May 1, 2026.
- Sponsors are responsible for providing their own booth materials, displays, and staffing.
- All booth activities must be family-friendly and consistent with the cultural nature of the Event.
- Sponsors must comply with all Bayshore Shopping Center rules and regulations.
- WCCC reserves the right to request removal of any booth materials deemed inappropriate.
- Load-in time will be between 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM on the day of the Event.
6 Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Sponsor: Sponsorships cancelled more than 60 days before the Event (before March 17, 2026) will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellation 30–60 days before Event: 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation less than 30 days before Event: No refund will be issued. WCCC may offer a credit toward a future event at its discretion.
- Cancellation by WCCC: In the event WCCC cancels the Event due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public health emergency, or venue unavailability), all Sponsors will receive a full refund within 30 days or the option to apply the sponsorship to a future event.
Event Postponement
If the Event is postponed rather than cancelled, all sponsorship agreements will remain in effect for the rescheduled date. Sponsors who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund subject to the cancellation terms above.
7 Exclusivity
The Title Sponsor tier is exclusive — only one Title Sponsor will be accepted per Event. All other tiers are non-exclusive unless specifically negotiated in writing with WCCC.
WCCC will not accept sponsorships from organizations whose products, services, or activities conflict with the mission and values of WCCC or the cultural nature of the Event.
8 Conduct & Compliance
All Sponsors and their representatives must:
- Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the Event.
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Respect the cultural significance of the Event and treat all attendees, performers, and volunteers with dignity.
- Not engage in any discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior.
WCCC reserves the right to remove any Sponsor or their representatives from the Event for conduct violations without refund.
9 Limitation of Liability
WCCC's liability to any Sponsor shall not exceed the total amount of the sponsorship fee paid. WCCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the sponsorship agreement.
Sponsors participate in the Event at their own risk. WCCC is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to Sponsor property during the Event. Sponsors are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage.
10 Intellectual Property
All Event branding, materials, photography, and content produced by WCCC remain the intellectual property of WCCC. Sponsors may use Event-related photos featuring their booth or logo for their own promotional purposes with credit to WCCC.
Sponsors grant WCCC permission to photograph and record their booth and representatives during the Event for use in WCCC marketing and promotional materials.
11 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

Digital Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and submitting the sponsorship form, the Sponsor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding digital agreement under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-Sign Act).
